A month ago I attended an impromptu barbecue, which incidentally is the only way to have one spur of the moment invites, chuck some bangers on the barbie, toss a few salad leaves together with a squirt of Italian oil dressing, throw in some cucumber and chopped hard boiled eggs, put some ciabatti bread on the table and Voila! Barbecue everyone has ever been to.

Just another Blogtown NZ site. Thought I might add in some information about finishing of rifle steel in relation to my refurbishments. I have pretty much reblued with cold blue for evrything I have done in the past, and with good results. Recently however I began looking at the Duracoat type paints for rifle steel but they were too expensive, I was unable to really get them into New Zealand and the process seemed a bit long winded.

This week we recieved our seedlings from Horizons Regional Council for the Trees for Survival Programme. Pupils are seen here planting out the seedlings. The garden group at Mount Biggs has planted a special garden for butterflies. Thanks to Tracee and Angela for their help. We look forward to lots of butterflies visiting our school grounds.
